With over two decades of diverse leadership experience in multinational corporations, I founded Hybridge Consulting together with my friend and former colleague, Eszter Debreczeni with the aim to return to my advisory roots using all my professional experience and qualifications. My professional journey began at PwC, in the audit and advisory services division. Here, among many other things, I learned to bridge business insights and data by understanding the intricate business environment of my clients, which allowed me to decode financial narratives and assess risks.
My next career step took me to Xerox, where I stepped into the role of Internal Audit Manager, overseeing three countries. It was a new position, and I successfully established robust internal control processes and compliance rhythms, gaining stakeholder trust along the way. My work at Xerox led to my appointment as Chief Financial Controller, where I navigated the complexities of financial reporting and tax oversight across three jurisdictions. I spent 15 fruitful years at Microsoft, serving in various leadership roles including Head of Controlling, CFO, and Regional Controlling Manager. During this tenure, I observed the advanced practices and process sophistication at Microsoft, gaining valuable insights into advanced people analytics applications such as dashboards, KPI tracking, performance management, career development, total rewards, headcount planning, hybrid work arrangements, skill-based organization, and employee engagement.
Armed with an MBA, a BA in Psychology, and certifications in coaching and data science and analysis, I now leverage my unique blend of skills and experiences to drive the mission of Hybridge Consulting: empowering businesses with critical people insights.
