FANNI KADOCSA, OUR MANAGING PARTNER AND CEO

With over two decades of diverse leadership experience in multinational corporations, I founded Hybridge Consulting together with my friend and former colleague, Eszter Debreczeni with the aim to return to my advisory roots using all my professional experience and qualifications. My professional journey began at PwC, in the audit and advisory services division. Here, among many other things, I learned to bridge business insights and data by understanding the intricate business environment of my clients, which allowed me to decode financial narratives and assess risks.

My next career step took me to Xerox, where I stepped into the role of Internal Audit Manager, overseeing three countries. It was a new position, and I successfully established robust internal control processes and compliance rhythms, gaining stakeholder trust along the way. My work at Xerox led to my appointment as Chief Financial Controller, where I navigated the complexities of financial reporting and tax oversight across three jurisdictions. I spent 15 fruitful years at Microsoft, serving in various leadership roles including Head of Controlling, CFO, and Regional Controlling Manager. During this tenure, I observed the advanced practices and process sophistication at Microsoft, gaining valuable insights into advanced people analytics applications such as dashboards, KPI tracking, performance management, career development, total rewards, headcount planning, hybrid work arrangements, skill-based organization, and employee engagement.

Armed with an MBA, a BA in Psychology, and certifications in coaching and data science and analysis, I now leverage my unique blend of skills and experiences to drive the mission of Hybridge Consulting: empowering businesses with critical people insights. My extensive experience gives me an edge in understanding and predicting the evolving dynamics of today’s workplaces, positioning Hybridge as an ideal partner for organizations looking to thrive in the era of data-driven decision-making.

ESZTER DEBRECZENI, PARTNER AND CO-FOUNDER OF HYBRIDGE CONSULTING.

My mission is to co-design future-proof organizations by responsibly aligning human and digital approaches, spanning from data-driven insights to AI-enabled solutions. I believe, that competing in the age of AI should be accessible to all companies, regardless of their size or maturity level. This is why I joined Hybridge: to unlock the potential of ambitious small and medium-sized organizations to thrive and propel them into the game. Starting with understanding where they are currently and gradually helping them develop their organizational capabilities and business acumen through a value-based partnership augmented by powerful people analytics practices and insights. Together,

 Drawing upon my extensive international HR and leadership experience of over 20 years, gained from renowned organizations such as DHL, Pepsi, and a decade as an international Human Resources Director at Microsoft, I possess a deep understanding of staying competitive and establishing true partnerships between HR and the Business. I have successfully led multidimensional change management initiatives and established sustainable people practices (throughout all dimensions of the employee experience cycle and organizational development) with measurable business impacts.

 In 2017, I founded my first consulting venture, esthra-HR Orchestration, where I had the privilege of serving esteemed clients such as Audi, Shell, DLL, Union Insurance, start-ups, and educational institutions. Guiding them through the complexities of HR and Organizational Development, I have witnessed their transformation and guided them on their path to success. Since 2022, I have joined the PHI Institute for Augmented Intelligence as a Partner, focusing on fostering AI-Ready Organizations and Cultures. I actively contribute to global artificial intelligence initiatives, ensuring that organizations are equipped to embrace the potential of AI. As an executive coach and certified Platform Design Facilitator, I bring a comprehensive skill set to empower individuals and organizations. Based in Munich, I am ready to apply my expertise in English, German, and Hungarian to drive impactful projects.
